Doc here, what makes you think that this will give you more power? Have you read some article? What is your source for this reasoning? It may be possible to install a turbo pressure regulator,
but counterproductive to the electronic controls of the ECU system. The input sensors are designed to control the outputs, mainly the time the injectors are on in milliseconds, and the ignition. All system inputs are used to control the outputs when the engine is warmed up and running in closed loop.

Several people in southern California, Jim Cook Racing, and Stillen can give you advice so that you can choose what to do according to your bankroll! 300ZX upgrades are expensive to do it the right way, and more costly to self experiment.
